Wandering Missy is my nickname from awhile back - add in Keith and that's where the name originated. Here you will find travel photography tips, lots of photos and a hint of our flaneuring life in Paris.

Hi, we are wandering mr and missy

How committing to your vision and creating a massive outcome can change your life.

We 10x(ed) our life by moving to France 2 ½ years ago. We decided to commit to quality for our time, our work, our lifestyle – and live with more purpose. Fortunately for us, the kids were on board with our vision.

The goal was to simplify our lives. Maybe it was a little complicated initially because moving to a foreign country takes a lot of organization and effort. But in some ways it seemed so effortless.

Maybe because it was exactly what we wanted to do.

Lots of people told us that we had such courage to do this – even though it never felt like we did. I guess because we wanted to do this for a while, this next chapter came easy, it just always felt so natural.

For some reason there is this thing in my subconscious that has always been there. This necessity to constantly expand myself and take leaps without a safety net. Not sure what that really says about me. But it has led to all sorts of great things.

Moving to Paris was an example of choosing this sort of freedom over the security that we left behind.

This move had been on the dream board for over 15 years. An impossible goal that we couldn’t have imagined would happen. But once we really clarified what we wanted and worked on our mindset and became focused on this outcome, with some purposeful work it all fell into place.

In my soul I know that we were able to do this because we have always tried to create and support the life we wanted for us and the kids. We had taken big jumps in the past and landed on our feet. So I guess you could say that we had a track record of sorts.

And I have to say that having such an appreciation for where we were and where we are now, while it may have been a little scary and filled with lots of unknowns, it was worth it.

My point is that creating a massive outcome in your life doesn’t need to be scary. You don’t need to know the how at the beginning, you just need to know what it is you want. The rest will follow.

Commit to the vision you have and it will become your reality.
